How to view my subscription information

1. You can view your subscription information in the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office. In this method, perform the following steps:
Step 1: Sign in to the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office (https://www.wps.com/subscription/) with the account used to purchase the subscription.
Step 2: In the My Subscription module, view the expiration date of your subscription. In the My Orders module, view the purchase order details.
2. You can also view your subscription information in the payment success email sent by the WPS Office Team from the email address bound to your payment account. The email may be titled Thank you for your payment.
In the end, if your problem persists after completing the preceding steps, send your order number and WPS Office user ID to the Customer Service. We will help you view the subscription information.
