Will I be reminded that the subscription is successful or to be renewed?

Yes. We will send payment/renewal related email notifications to the email address of the account you used when purchasing the WPS Premium plan, including the following cases:

1. Trial order created successfully

Time: when you purchase our trial WPS Premium product in the client or on the official website

The subject line of the email may be: Your WPS Premium is Now Activated! Open for Details.

2. Direct payment made successfully

Time: when you purchase our direct payment WPS Premium products in the client or on the official website (subscription/non-subscription order)

The subject line of the email may be: Confirmation: We Received Payment for Your WPS Premium Subscription.

3. WPS Premium free trial ends in three days

Time: three days before the trial subscription plan you purchased starts charging

The subject line of the email may be: Your WPS Premium Free Trial Ends in 3 Days!.

4. Renewal in three days

Time: three days before the renewal of the subscription plan you purchased

The subject line of the email may be: Your WPS Premium Will Renew in 3 Days!.

5. Successful renewal

Time: when your subscription is successfully renewed

The subject line of the email may be: WPS Premium Subscription Renewed.

Currently, our email notifications only support English, and more languages will be available soon.

Note:

You may not receive certain email notifications in the following situations:

1. You did not provide any email information when purchasing our product, and we cannot send notification emails of any type.

2. You purchased a non-subscription plan which does not require automatic renewal, so you will not receive renewal reminder emails.
