How to handle payment failures

First, you need to confirm the payment method and choose the corresponding solution.
1. If you are using a PayPal payment method, check if you have the following issues:
1. You have not enabled bank card online payments with PayPal. Before payment, please enable this function in the bank.
2. Insufficient debit card balance, or insufficient credit limit on your credit card.
3. Your payment amount exceeds the online payment limit set by the bank.
4. Your browser has disabled JavaScript. In this case, restart the function and refresh the page.
5. Your browser has blocked pop-up windows. In this case, turn off this function to allow pop-up windows.
2. If you are using a debit or credit card payment method, check if you have the following issues:
1. Insufficient debit card balance, or insufficient credit limit on your credit card.
2. Your card number is incorrect.
3. Your CVC number is incorrect.
4. Your card has expired.
5. Your card has been reported lost or stolen.
6. Your payment amount exceeds the online payment limit set by the bank.
7. The authorization verification of the bank is set up.
8. Your card issuer believes that the payment is a risk, and you need to contact the card issuer to resolve the payment failure.
Payment failure persists after using the above methods
Please send your order number, WPS Office user ID, and email to the customer service. We will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
